Regular exercise and physical activity make us stay healthy, strong and many benefits for our body and brain.

Recently I read a book, famous Japanese author, Haruki Murakami's book:  What I talk About When I Talk About Running. This book is a memoir in which he writes about his interest and participation in long-distance running.

Mr Dong works in EnBridge PharmTech (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. and also likes long-distance running very much. On Mar. 31, 2019 (Sunday), Yangshan Half Marathon held in Yangshan, Wuxi City. Our company also attend this activity and this is the perfect activity.
